2. Services

Lambent Decoration Design offers comprehensive interior fit-out and design services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and retail projects. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

3. Quotations and Contracts Quotations:

• All quotations provided by Lambent Decoration Design are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Contracts: A contract will be issued once a quotation is accepted. The contract outlines the scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and other relevant details. Both parties must sign the contract before any work commences.

4. Payments Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required upon signing the contract.
• Milestone Payments: Payments will be made in accordance with the agreed milestones outlined in the contract.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover.

5. Changes and Modifications Client-Initiated Changes:

• Any changes to the project scope requested by the client after the contract has been signed must be documented and may result in additional costs and adjustments to the project timeline.
• Company-Initiated Changes: Lambent Decoration Design reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the project plan or materials as necessary to achieve the best results.

6. Project Timelines

• Start Date: The project will commence on the agreed start date as outlined in the contract.
• Delays: While we strive to adhere to the project timeline, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Lambent Decoration Design will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as material shortages or third-party contractors.

7. Warranty and Liability Warranty:

• We offer a 12-month warranty on all workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or natural wear and tear.
• Liability: Lambent Decoration Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Client Responsibilities Access:

• The client must provide access to the project site as required for the completion of the work.
• Utilities: The client is responsible for providing utilities such as water and electricity during the project.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

10. Termination

• By Client: The client may terminate the contract by providing written notice. The client will be responsible for all work completed up to the termination date and any associated costs.
• By Company: Lambent Decoration Design reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client breaches any of these terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

12. Amendments
Lambent Decoration Design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly.
